In order to facilitate the normal use of gas by the general biogas users, the author introduces the installation and use of biogas lamps, the combustion failure of the desulfurizer and the removal method as follows. Installation and use of a biogas lamp and troubleshooting (I) Installation and use of biogas lamps 1. Before the new biogas lamp is used, the unsafe gauze cover is used for ventilation test. If the flame is light blue, it is short and powerful. It evenly sprays from the hole in the soil, and it makes a loud whine. The flame is stable and does not come off. Fire, tempering and other phenomena indicate that the lamp has good performance. At this time, the biogas valve can be closed and the shroud can be placed after the mud has cooled. 2. When installing the gauze cover, it should be firmly set in the mud slot, and the asbestos line should be wrapped more than two turns, and after the knot is knotted, cut off the excess thread head, and then straighten the wrinkles of the yarn cover to make it evenly distributed. 3. When the new gauze is first ignited, it requires a higher pressure before the stove to ensure that there is enough biogas to burn the gauze into a spherical shape. When you turn on the lights again, the pressure to start should rise slowly to avoid breaking the gauze. 4. After the biogas lamp covers are burned, the man-made fibers are burned and the rest is a white grid of silica. Since thorium dioxide is a toxic white powder, one touch breaks, so that the burned gauze cannot be touched by hand or hit with other objects. (b) Common failures and elimination methods of biogas lamps 1. If there is a blue floating fire on the outer layer of the yarn cover, it will not disappear after prolonged use, which means that the air brought into the combustion is insufficient. The lamp pan should be rotated clockwise to gradually increase the air intake. 2. When the methane lamp is burning, if the yarn cover is not white and red, it is because there is too little biogas or too much air. Rotate the lamp counterclockwise to gradually reduce the amount of air intake. Adjust the lamp to white and the brightness is optimal. 3. The reason why the light does not shine or the light is unstable. The lamp does not emit light. The nozzle may be clogged. Take off the nozzle and puncture it with a small needle hole. When the lights are bright and dark, it is the reason that there is more water in the gas pipeline or the pipeline is not open. You can open the valve that houses the condensate to eliminate the water in the pipeline or clear the pipeline. 4. Sometimes the combustion is in a good condition and the light is not white. This is caused by poor quality of the yarn cover or excessive dampness in the collection time. Replace the new yarn cover with good quality. Common desulfurizer failures and precautions (1) Common failures and causes of desulfurizers The common failures of desulfurizers are mainly burned out, which may be due to the following two reasons: 1. For the normally gas-generating methane tanks, when a large amount of material is discharged from the discharge room, the user uses the methane gas to cook, which will cause the desulfurizer to enter a large amount of air, and the desulfurization agent undergoes a reduction reaction to generate a large amount of heat and burn out the desulfurizer. . 2. In the process of using gas, the biogas digester will open the movable cover or recharge the material due to the large amount of gas production. As a result, the movable cover will open. Even if it is resealed, there will be a lot of air in the biogas digester. After the biogas digester regenerates gas, this part of air will enter the desulfurizer from the pipeline, and the desulfurizer will undergo a reduction reaction with the desulfurization agent. (II) Precautions for use of desulfurizer 1. When using lamps and stoves, discharge is strictly prohibited. 2. When a large amount of material is discharged at one time, the main switch on the gas pipeline and the switch on the purifier should be closed. 3. If the movable cover is re-sealed due to large gas production volume, top cover or reloading, desulfurizer should be regenerated or replaced at the same time. Desulfurizing agent regeneration method: 1 close the outdoor main switch and control the purifier switch; 2 open the desulfurization bottle to desulfurize the agent in all 10 minutes; 3 in a cool, naturally ventilated place, is strictly prohibited exposure to sunlight; 4 The desulfurizer should be placed on the concrete floor or iron plate after being poured out.
